During our time together, you will experience a compassionate, peaceful, yet energising environment in which to explore and build the life you deserve.
Our approach is relational and reflects a person-centered, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural way of working. The underlying philosophy embraces a pluralistic framework that acknowledges that no single approach can treat every client in every circumstance.
As members of professional organisations, we adhere to their code of conduct. We encourage individuals to take the time to listen to themselves and to use creativity, expression, and reflections to help them discover and find themselves.
The first session is an opportunity for the therapist and client to get a sense of what it will be like to work together. The therapist will take personal details and ask questions to identify goals and give the sessions focus. You will be given an "information sheet" outlining how they work and what to expect from them. They will also sign a contract and work in accordance with the GDPR.
Through our therapeutic services, Reflect On provides psychological help for young people, adults, and families. As well as local authority, charities, EAP, NHS, insurance and other private companies. We provide both short-term and long-term therapy. In addition, we provide counselling and psychotherapy sessions via Zoom or phone.
Our Accredited Registered therapists and counsellors provide the best treatment for you and your family in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Counselling and psychotherapy are collaborative processes that help you to understand and undo reasons and patterns that keep you stuck or in pain - and are often experienced through anxiety, panic, irritability, or depression.
Reflect On has helped many people overcome issues such as anger, stress, self-harm, guilt, betrayal, shame, low self-esteem, panic attacks, OCD, trauma, phobia, bipolar, exam stress, bipolar, attachment issues, relationship or marital concerns, bullying, PTSD, depression & anxiety, grief & loss, behavioural problems, work-related stress and so much more.
As therapists, we help you uncover the obstacles and find ways to break through them. Our task is to offer evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. (CBT) is rooted in the observation that our thoughts, actions and feelings are highly synchronised and that changes in our behaviours impact our emotions. CBT is about learning how not to be blocked by own reactions.

Client experience
"I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for all you have supported me with over the past few months, you have been an absolute treasure to deal with. I cannot thank you enough for helping me through my journey, this is the first therapy journey I have successfully completed, and I am feeling very proud. You have been kind, patient and very welcoming, and I don’t think I could have done it without someone like you. I still have my praise card, which is viewed every single day. I will miss our talks, thank you again."
"I would like to take this opportunity to provide you with my sincere thanks for the assistance that you have provided to me. The experience has been extremely beneficial, and I have a strong sense of accomplishment as a result. Both techniques and metaphorical expressions have become a part of my self-care routine."
